Project Management

• St. Edward’s P.E.C. has joined the affiliate program of Boston University to deliver relevant Project Management seminars and evening certificate programs that conform to PMBOK and are PMI certified. The portfolio of offerings includes:
  • A comprehensive 72-hour 24-session evening certificate program that covers the 9 functional areas that must be managed during the course of a project.
  • 15 daytime Project Management seminars ranging from 1-3 days in length that cover specific areas in the life cycle of a project including Effective Project Scheduling and Control, Managing Information Technology (I.T.) Projects, Estimating and Managing Project Costs and a host of others.
