New Microsoft Products Mean New Computer Training

An analyst for the technology firm Gartner, Michael Silver, states that much training will be needed on Microsoft Vista, as well as the new version of Microsoft Office, also set to roll out this year. He suggests that companies will allow 12 to 18 months to effectively implement Vista, and that training on Microsoft's new applications is a must.
