MCT Certified: Teach Microsoft Gurus

As a Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT), you'll be one of the chosen few to deliver quality instruction on Official Microsoft Learning Products or Microsoft Dynamics Learning Products. You'll then be able to train professionals in the latest Microsoft technologies.

As an MCT certified professional, you'll be responsible for meeting the diverse learning needs of your clients as they endeavor to stay current with transforming technologies. The Microsoft MCT program is technical training that prepares you to conduct workshops, create best practices, and help your clients to solve complex technological problems. And if you're already Microsoft-certified, you're ahead of the game.

Become MCT Certified

You'll need a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) certification (MCSE, MCSA, or others) or a Microsoft Dynamics qualifier to be able to enroll in the MCT program. MCT technical training involves meeting technical and teaching competency requirements and maintaining ongoing learning.
  • Presentation. Often called 'train-the-trainer,' you can demonstrate competency through such platforms as Cisco, Citrix, Novell, or Oracle to complete the presentation requirements of the MCT.
  • Ongoing. As an MCT, you'll be expected to receive ongoing technical training in your chosen areas of competency. This can be completed through on-campus or online training programs.

Benefits of MCT Certification

While shaping the minds of tomorrow's Microsoft professionals is a noble endeavor, it's not the only reason MCT certification is so popular. If you're MCT certified, you'll have access to these career-building benefits at the conclusion of your technical training.
  • Resources. Online tutorials, technical manuals, and access to Microsoft products.
  • Community. Become a part of a talented group of professionals worldwide.
With an MCT certification, you can share your expert knowledge with technology teams and business who are in need of technical guidance.
