Our philosophy is actually quite simple, when you think about training or education what do most of us think? Usually, we think that we will need to go to a school for a period of time, and adjust our own schedule around theirs. With this time out of our day, we will also be told where to be and what to be doing.

In Contrast, LTS, has developed several basic principles; first provide an environment that works around YOUR schedule, which means open enrollment and completion. Second, regardless of how little or long it takes to complete the course, LTS will be supporting you, which is great for those of us that want to continue our education and have other things going on in our lives.

Our teaching method is designed with diverse learning styles in mind -so whether you learn by seeing, hearing, reading, writing, or doing, LTS is designed for you. We tailor the program to your learning style so you can take more time to work through a concept without the risk of falling behind. Likewise, you may exceed your own expectations and complete your program early. In both cases, we are here to make sure you develop the knowledge and skills required in today’s careers.
